Sports at God Cares Schools
God Cares School has grown to encompass many sports teams as the value of physical education has been embraced and emphasized. There are now both boys and girls soccer and volleyball teams (both played at a national level), along with both boys and girls basketball teams and girls netball. Each team has uniforms and is involved in league and tournament play. For the first time this year, baseball teams have formed at God Cares, and the sport is being learned by the students.

The sports courts pictured above at God Cares High School are a work in progress. The students love playing on them right now, but we know that if we can bring them to competition level standards this will elevate God Cares status in the community. Having the sport courts competition ready will create the opportunity to generate income on behalf of the school thus empowering the staff and administration to work towards sustaining themselves.
