University Students
Join us in launching the next generation!
Since 2014, Buyamba and God Cares Schools have helped more than 300 students graduate from university or trade school with either a professional degree and or practical skill certificate. These students have become managers, engineers, social workers, accountants, teachers, pastors, business people, and volunteers working with the government, churches, and organizations. They can now earn a better living as well as impact their communities for Christ. Have a passion for higher education? So do we, and our goal is to allow every student to attend University or Trade School. With the growing number of students sponsored, we are launching even more students into universities and trade schools than ever before. |

You can help us by supporting any of our students with 1-3 scholarships of $35 each per month for the 2-3 year study that it takes for a student to secure a degree or certification. You could also think creatively, as one of a couple of our sponsors has done, by giving a full Scholarship gift upfront in your name or honor of a loved one for a donation of $3,780. This scholarship will cover three years of education at an approved school such as Africa Renewal University, Kampala International University, or Makerere University Business School, where students have finished well and brought the vision of Buyamba to fruition.
Buyamba Alumni
Our Alumni students are working professionally and making an impact on their community. Three of our Buyamba university graduates are now teaching at God Cares School; Rebecca Nalweyiso, Ritah Nabadda, and Kintu Steven. Daphine Kirabo and Hadija Namitala are working in sales. Hope Jasinta Mukankusi is now a professional cook, and Hasifa Nanyanzi has started her own craft business. Sharon Natukunda graduated from Africa Renewal University and is now a social worker, and Juda Kisakye that graduated from Livingstone University, is working at a firm as an IT-specialist. God is truly blessing our graduates' hard work and perseverance as we continue to pray for change in the country of Uganda.
