Join the Buyamba Family in Prayer

To our Buyamba Friends and Family in areas impacted by recent storms,
 
On behalf of the thousands of Buyamba supporters, sponsors, and volunteers, I want to extend our sincere concern for your safety and health during and after hurricane Harvey's wake.
 
Please know that you are being bathed in prayer for God's provision to mightily bring you through this catastrophe. Not only is your Buyamba family here in the US praying for you, the entire Uganda staff and students are supporting you in prayer as well. Prayers from around the world are with you.

A Buyamba friend in Florida shares his cry for prayer ...
 
"I have been actively praying AGAINST this storm from hitting land anywhere, that is to turn out to sea, since it first formed last week. Forecasters indicated, from the start, that the location and track of the storm could create a large dangerous hurricane. Yes, they were right.  
 
I am asking, in prayer, that God be glorified in this potential disaster to Florida. If you remember Katrina was a CAT 5 at 150MPH winds. One way for God to be glorified is that He gets His people to pray in unison.  
 
If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. - 2 Chron 7:14
 
If you have not prayed, God is Glorified in His miracles (John 15:8).  We are looking for a miracle.   Please come along side us, in unity, praying and asking that the Lord be merciful to Florida."
